This notice explains how Avelora Aviation, a proposed division of Avelora Group Limited (in formation) ("Avelora Aviation", "we") handles personal information collected through avelora.group.

Information we collect

When you submit a Private Brief, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, organization and the description of your aircraft, mission or transaction. When you email or call us, we receive the information in that correspondence. Our web server records standard technical data such as request times and browser type. To prevent abuse of the brief form we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess whether and how we can help, provide advisory services you engage us for, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your brief for advertising.

Where it is kept

Briefs are delivered to our business mailbox and a protected copy is stored on our web host so an inquiry is not lost if email delivery fails. Both are hosted by our service providers under their security controls.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who host or deliver our website and email, with specialists (for example counsel, inspection facilities or lenders) when you ask us to or it is required by an engagement you approve, or when required by law.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. The client portal stores a sign-in token in your browser only when you sign in.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the relationship, and delete them when no longer required. You can ask us to delete your brief at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@avelora.group. Marketing communications, if any, are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.
